Christmas Lights Across Canada

Trees decorated with lights in the Canada’s Capital during the annual celebration of Christmas Lights Across Canada. From December 1, 2011, to January 7, 2012, over 300 000 multicoloured lights will illuminate sites along Confederation Boulevard, including Parliament Hill, national museums, institutions, monuments and other prominent landmarks.

Ottawa Zombie Walk 2011

 

Hundreds of zombies take over downtown Ottawa for the annual Zombie Walk, on 22 October 2011. Participants, largely made up of teenagers dress up and make over their faces to look like flesh-eating zombies. The number of participants steadily increase each year thanks to social networking sites, such as facebook and twitter.

A man in a Guy Fawkes mask is one of the crowd gathered at Confederation Park in Ottawa, Canada. The demonstration is inspired by the U.S. protest movement ‘Occupy Wall Street’ which rallies against the financial market and the banking world.

Apple fans leave condolence wishes on Post-It notes to pay tribute to Apple co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs at an Apple retail store in Ottawa. The technology world was in mourning as founder and former CEO of the Apple Corporation Jobs passed away Oct. 5, 2011 after battling cancer.

Few weeks ago, The High Commissioner of Malaysia to Canada, Her Excellency Dato’ Hayati Ismail hosted a breaking of fast with Malaysian students at her official residence Rumah Malaysia. I volunteered to take of a group picture. Dah lama since i arrange a large group picture..hehe. So this is the image of the group picture. Just wanna share with you guys in Malaysia.
